Motivation To Stay Fit:
Health and Fitness has always been a big influence in my life. Playing multiple sports until the collegiate level has pushed me to be bigger, stronger and faster. Taking a passion and turning it into a career has led me to some incredible opportunities including working as the Wellness Director for the YMCA, training high end athletes, working in industry leading health clubs and hosting fitness camps from kids to seniors and everyone in between!
